     Annabella Lynn Holtke, of Marquette Heights, passed away at 3:39 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
     Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue in Peoria, with Pastor Ken Stewart officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded, following services.
     Annabella was born at 7:55 a.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, daughter of Rachel Lynn Holtke.
     She is survived by her mother, of Marquette Heights; siblings, Aja Miles of Lake Havasu City, AZ, Adrian Miles of Peoria, Peter Nelson, Amira Montgomery, Austin Holtke and Aiden Singleton, all of Marquette Heights; maternal grandmother, Cathy Mannino of Marquette Heights; aunt, Trisha Shinn of Pekin; and great uncles, Rick Stewart of East Peoria and Greg (Glenda) Holtke of Marlow, OK.
     She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother, Dorothy Casey, and maternal great-great grandmother, Jessie Hawkins.
     Memorial contributions may be made in Annabella’s memory to the OSF St. Francis Medical Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
